Return Policy

At Yaz Development, we strive to deliver high quality digital services and products tailored to meet our clients' expectations. Due to the nature of our services primarily digital, custom, and subscription based our return and refund policy differs from traditional physical goods.

1. Digital Services & Subscriptions

All purchases of digital services (including but not limited to website development, custom applications, VPN services, and related software) are final and non-refundable once development or access has begun. We provide full transparency during the development or onboarding process to ensure you're informed every step of the way.

2. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Once cancelled, your access to the subscribed service will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds are not provided for partially used subscription periods unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • The service has not been started or delivered.
  • A technical issue on our end prevents you from using the service, and our support team is unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe (typically 5 business days).
  • An accidental duplicate purchase occurs and is reported within 48 hours.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing via our Contact page, including proof of purchase and reason for the request.

4. Exclusions

We do not offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Change of mind after service delivery has started.
  • Failure to use or access the service.
  • Incompatibility with third-party software or systems not specified in the project scope.

5. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve an issue may result in termination of service and account access. We are always here to support you and resolve concerns professionally and quickly.
